We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher in Micro-fabrication and Heterogeneous Integration to lead the development of advanced micro-channel cooling technologies for next-generation radiation detectors, semiconductor devices,



and high-performance computing (HPC) systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge micro-fabrication, MEMS technologies, advanced packaging, thermal management, silicon inter-posers and 3D integration within an internationally collaborative research environment.
