WE’RE HIRING | EU COMMERCIAL DEVELOPER

Bison is looking for an EU Commercial Developer to join our team in Valencia, Spain.

This position will support business growth across the European retail landscape through commercial analysis, market intelligence and data-driven insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Monitor and analyze Sell-in and Sell-out data.
* Support sales forecasting and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reports.
* Track European retailers, competitors and market trends.
* Identify potential retail partners and support commercial proposals and business reviews.
* Analyze pricing, margins, brand investments and value-chain performance.
* Collaborate with the Logistics, Marketing and Finance teams.

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in a commercial, analytical or retail-related position.
* Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables,



VLOOKUP and data modeling.
* Knowledge of the European retail market.
* Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
* Experience with Power BI, Tableau or ERP systems is a plus.
* Proactive, detail-oriented and analytical profile with strong communication skills.

WE OFFER

* €27,000 gross annual salary plus 30% variable compensation.
* Permanent, full-time contract.

* 38 remote-work days and 6 personal days per year.
* Working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the remaining time worked remotely.
