The mySugr GmbH ( was acquired by Roche in 2017 and our Vienna office is one of Roche's general sites. We are looking for a Scrum Master who shares our passion for Agile product development and is able to drive it forward, supporting up to two teams in an Agile Release Train (ART). We don't just practice Agile on paper. You will act as a delivery and team-effectiveness coach, helping teams deliver value, stay focused, improve flow, and collaborate better across the ART.
Coach teams on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles, promoting high performance and agile best practices.
Support teams in achieving the right capacity and skills to deliver effectively and contribute to overall ART performance.




5+ years of hands-on experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
~7+ years working in software product development.
~ Solid experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (XP is a plus).
~ Technical background: experience in software development and/or a technical degree.
~ In Austria, we have a legal obligation to disclose the minimum salary according to our collective agreement, which is gross EUR 3.843 - per month for this position.
