The Role Multi Sensor AI is seeking a hands-on Territory Sales Manager to develop new business and expand customer relationships across assigned Southern European markets. Reporting to the Head of EMEA Sales, this role will execute the regional sales plan through disciplined prospecting, solution-based selling, and account development. This is an individual-contributor role with ownership of an assigned territory and sales target, rather than responsibility for the wider EMEA organization or people management.
The successful candidate will work closely with Mike and internal technical teams to move opportunities from initial discovery through commercial close and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities · Territory execution: Build and execute an account and territory plan with the Head of EMEA Sales, delivering against agreed revenue, pipeline, and customer-growth targets. · New business development: Identify, prospect, and qualify new customers through research, networking, cold outreach, industry events, and field engagement. · Solution-based selling:



Communicate the value of MSAI's Io T and software solutions in improving equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance. Translate customer challenges into clear business cases. · Full-cycle sales: Manage opportunities from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing, involving Mike and technical specialists as needed and working within approved commercial parameters. · Account expansion: Build trusted relationships with operations, maintenance, engineering, and commercial stakeholders.
