Your role, your impact

- Lead and manage Project Engineering Manager (Pr EM) and Design to Cost (Dt C) activities across projects and tenders
- Ensure delivery of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) commitments
- Oversee deployment of Alstom engineering processes, standards and QMS
- Support Pr EM teams in issue resolution and priority definition
- Manage team capacity, skills development and resource allocation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices with Central Engineering
- Drive the Design to Cost approach and team development

- Proven experience in train engineering
- 5+ years of experience managing teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Structured, organized, hands-on approach
- Fluency in English and local language
