Steering Manager Europe - Digital Sales
At Allianz Partners, we are accelerating our digital growth ambitions across Europe. To support this journey, we are looking for a Steering Manager Europe to partner closely with the Head of Regional Digital Sales and play a pivotal role in turning strategy into execution.
What You Do
As Steering Manager Europe, you will ensure that regional growth initiatives are effectively translated into actionable plans, monitored rigorously, and executed consistently across countries and Operating Entities.
Cross-Functional Coordination & OE Alignment
- Serve as the central coordination point between regional leadership, Operating Entities, and local market teams.




- Foster collaboration across countries and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in execution.
- Navigate complex matrix organizations, influencing and gaining buy-in from stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
- Partner with Country E-commerce Managers to align local priorities, operational frameworks, and project milestones with regional objectives. Identify and resolve cross-functional challenges that may impact delivery and business performance.

Regional Steering & Governance
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks to monitor the progress of strategic regional initiatives.
- Track key deliverables, proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and drive mitigation actions.
- Monitor operational and commercial KPIs across the regional perimeter, ensuring timely visibility on performance trends.
- Develop dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and executive updates to support decision-making by regional leade
