Your mission in our team As a CBTC Application Team Leadyou will guide an international, multidisciplinary engineering team delivering cutting-edge software, data, and testing for general signaling projects.
You will drive technical excellence while integrating Artificial Intelligence and advanced data processing to shape the future of railway automation.
You'll make a difference by
- Leading and developing a diverse, global technical team, fostering a high-performance culture across different time zones.
- Driving the adoption of AI tools and advanced data processing (like LIDAR) to optimize ATC application design and testing.
- Ensuring all CBTC and ATC solutions strictly adhere to CENELEC safety standards and the V-Model life cycle.
- Harmonizing engineering methods globally by promoting automation to improve quality and reduce time-to-market.
- Acting as the primary technical escalation point to resolve complex engineering challenges in international projects.
Your success is grounded in
- A University degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Computer Science, or similar).
- A solid background in rail
