Job Description Ownership of the Europcar Leisure Segment main KPIs and targets in Spain and Portugal: Responsible for the Profit and Loss from a marketing perspective. Develop communication channels (reports) with the different departments that are involved for the development of the sales promotion and potentialization plan. Establish sales scenarios based on the business opportunities identified. Product development: Development of the Europcar B2 C products offer, price positioning, contribution,
promotion and Go to market full strategy, such as: Premium Brand Guaranteed, Model Choice, Bundles, Loyalty Program, Fleet catalog and flag models, Online Check-In… Analyze and define the different customer profiles to adapt Europcar products to their needs. Define the distribution channels that will be used to market. Work with the Marketing, e Commerce, Fleet, Leisure Sales, Customer Service, Operations, teams to create and implement effective promotional campaigns. Build marketing and commercial local action plan: Define and execute marketing action plan for Europcar in Portugal and Spain.
