Job Description

- Lead the overall performance and development of the regional business.

- Strong strategic, commercial, and operational capabilities.
- Proven success in scaling businesses, driving transformation, or leading growth agendas.
- Experience managing multifunctional teams within complex and dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills supported by a data-driven approach.
