We are looking for an exceptional Digital Operations Director, Europe to lead our European Digital Operations organisation and advance innovative, data-driven and consumer-centric digital experiences across TCCC’s European markets.

Leading a geographically dispersed organisation of approximately 30–50+ people, through multiple layers of leadership, you will combine operational excellence with strategic leadership, transformation and capability building. You will operate with significant autonomy, setting direction and empowering your leadership team while ensuring strong governance, performance and alignment across markets.

Your primary stakeholder will be the Senior Director, Digital Platforms & Experiences, EU Marketing and Consumer & Customer Data, Technology & Capabilities, and IT, working closely with Digital Platform Directors and senior marketing and technology stakeholders across Europe.

What you will do
- Set the strategy,



operating model and priorities for European Digital Operations.
- Lead, coach and empower Area Managers and Digital Managers, creating clear accountability and strong local ownership.
- Drive organisational transformation, capability development and adoption of new digital platforms and ways of working.
- Oversee performance, capacity, workforce planning, delivery and operational risks across markets.
- Act as the senior escalation point for operational, stakeholder and people-related matters.
- Build trusted relationships with Coca-Cola’s senior European and local‑market stakeholders, influencing priorities and decisions in a complex matrix organisation.
- Standardise, simplify and optimise ways of working while maintaining the flexibility required by individual markets.
