Objective

As a Senior Payroll Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll and employee rewards processes. You oversee end-to-end payroll activities, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions,



while ensuring that rewards programs are administered in line with applicable regulations and internal policies.

In this role, you lead the team, setting direction and aligning priorities with organizational objectives. You drive operational excellence by resolving complex issues, optimizing processes, and leveraging data and reporting to support decision-making and improve outcomes.

You define and drive the payroll and rewards operational strategy, ensuring scalability, standardization, and alignment with organizational priorities.

You manage resources effectively and make independent decisions that significantly impact processes, costs, and performance. Through strong leadership and analytical thinking, you address complex challenges and implement improvements that enhance the effectiveness of payroll and rewards operations.
