How You’ll Make an Impact
Support the development and execution of a global Customer Experience training strategy that contributes to business success.
Gather insights and analyze data to identify skill gaps and prioritize high-impact learning initiatives.




Design and enhance training programs that incorporate industry trends and innovative technologies.
Help define and track key performance indicators to evaluate training effectiveness and business impact.
Implement and optimize processes and tools to enable consistent and scalable training delivery worldwide.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate, relevant, and engaging training content.
Support communication strategies that increase awareness of and engagement with training initiatives.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in customer experience, marketing and sales, training, or learning and development.
