Tasks
We are looking for a Junior Solution Architect – Networking & AIDC / Presales to join our international Solutions team.
This is a cross-market technical and commercial role, working closely with Account Managers and Sales teams across different markets.
You will help our commercial teams understand customer requirements, identify the right technology and design solutions around connectivity, mobility and AIDC environments.
We are looking for an engineer who enjoys technology but also enjoys talking to customers,
understanding their needs and working closely with Sales.
This is therefore not a pure networking engineering role. It is a presales position with a strong technical component, where you will progressively develop your expertise in AIDC and become a technical reference for our commercial teams.
What will you do?
Technical Presales
- Work closely with Account Managers to understand customer requirements and operational environments.
- Analyse customer needs and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
- Support the design of connectivity and infrastructure solutions for AIDC environments.
- Help define the technical architecture of solutions involving mobile devices, scanners, printers, RFID and wireless connectivity.
- Select appropriate products and technologies from our portfolio.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution configurations, Bills of Materials and supporting documentat
