This senior role sits at the intersection of trading, merchandising, digital operations, technology, performance marketing and customer experience.Your central mission is to turn Miista's product and brand ambition into a clear global trading plan that grows revenue and contribution while protecting long-term customer value.



You will lead the teams and partners responsible for e-commerce administration, product content, commercial photography and videography, creative merchandising, digital acquisition and CRM, remaining close enough to execution to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery.Key responsibilitiesCommercial strategy and digital tradingOwn and evolve Miista's international e-commerce strategy, roadmap, annual budget, forecasts and trading plan in line with brand and business objectives.Take responsibility for digital-channel revenue, contribution margin, conversion, average order value, stock productivity, customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value.Lead the global trading calendar across product launches, seasonal moments, campaigns, promotions and market-specific opportunities, aligning stock, pricing, content, media and site readiness.Identify growth opportunities across markets, customer segments, categories, devices
