Overview
In this role, you will drive global media operations across two iconic brands, Rabanne and Jean Paul Gaultier, ensuring flawless execution of strategic priorities. You will act as a cross-brand operational conduit, fostering collaboration and identifying synergies while preserving each brand’s identity. You will lead process improvements and governance across Global and Local markets, partnering with the Global Media Director and managers to translate strategy into execution. Your work will shape how media programs scale and integrate across a multinational, matrix organization, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsabilidades
- Coordinate the global media agenda across both brands with the Global Media Director
- Work with Global Media Managers to execute strategic priorities smoothly




- Identify opportunities to innovate and improve workflows and media approaches
- Coordinate governance meetings, executive follow-ups, and cross-functional initiatives
- Act as the operational link across Rabanne and Jean Paul Gaultier media teams
- Promote best practices and consistent ways of working while respecting each brand’s identity
- Manage global media initiatives from planning to deployment
- Monitor timelines, risks, and priorities for on-time delivery
- Continuously improve processes, governance, and operational efficiency
- Ensure global media frameworks are implemented across markets and support tool/process rollouts
- Gather market feedback to enhance general ways of working
- Coordinate collaboration among Global Brand teams, Local Markets, Media Agencies, and cross-functional partners
- Support executive presentations, business reviews, and operational reporting
- Track project progress and identify opportunit
