In this UK-focused role, you will own and scale demand generation to create qualified pipeline and drive revenue growth. You’ll orchestrate a multi-channel go-to-market engine across marketing, sales, and partnerships, with a strong emphasis on partner-led growth. You’ll test channels, build campaigns from the ground up, and optimize for ROI in a fast-paced environment. Your work shapes how Factorial expands in the UK and connects cross-functional teams to common goals. This is a hands-on, commercially minded role with a clear impact on revenue via multi-channel initiatives.

Responsabilidades
- Own the UK demand generation strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
- Build and execute a multi-channel plan (inbound, outbound, paid, CRM, events, webinars, content, ABM, partner marketing)
- Develop integrated campaigns around ICPs, industries, accounts, products, and priorities




- Collaborate with Sales and BDRs to create targeted campaigns supporting pipeline and conversions
- Manage paid acquisition and inbound conversion with Paid, CRM, and Growth teams
- Create lifecycle and re-engagement campaigns to nurture existing leads and pipeline
- Build outbound and ABM programs with Sales
- Develop partner marketing programs with UK partners (co-marketing, events, webinars, content)
- Advise partners on activation to generate Factorial pipeline
- Own UK events/webinars strategy aligned to campaigns and goals
- Measure funnel performance and optimize for pipeline, revenue, CAC, ROI
- Manage budgets and external agencies/vendors
- Share UK market insights and successful initiatives with wider GTM
- Partner with internal teams to connect UK market strategies with broader goals
