Задачи
- Partner with Product Owner(s) to define business needs, prioritize opportunities, and create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business initiatives, technology enhancements, and process improvements.
- Conduct business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, risks, and recommended solutions.
- Evaluate current and future-state business processes, workflows, and system capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
- Translate business and technology strategies into requirements, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making, prioritization, and solution validation.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experiences, streamline processes,



and leverage automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Partner with technology teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering through testing and implementation.
- Support conference operations by resolving business and technology challenges remotely and onsite at Gartner conferences worldwide.
- Build stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, adoption, and successful delivery of solutions.

Требования
- 1–3 Years of experience in business analysis, product delivery, project management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to solve complex business problems and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and communicate insights effectively.
- Customer-first mindset and ability to understand user needs and advocate for valuable solutions.
- Excellent verbal, written, and facilitation skill
