We are looking for a Trainee Communications Specialist to join Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid. Key Responsibilities Support in creating and updating presentations and internal content. Assist in organizing internal events and managing logistics. Collaborate in internal initiatives and communication activities. Prepare and send internal communications. Support intranet content creation and publication. Help maintain communication plans and track actions. Provide general administrative support to the team. Qualifications Degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or similar. English mandatory.



Previous experience is a plus. Requirements Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and creativity. Team player with adaptability and intercultural awareness. ️ Technical Knowledge Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop and intranet tools is a plus. Conditions - 1-year internship - 900€ / 600€ monthly - 35h/week (7h/day)- Hybrid model (3 days remote)- 30 vacation days + 2 extra - Adaptable schedule (entry between 08:00–09:30)
