As Europe Sales Director, you will lead the commercial expansion across European markets, focusing on IPTV, Cable, Satellite, and OTT operators. You will define territory strategies, build high-value relationships, and close enterprise deals to drive ARR growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into compelling value for customers. You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and shape the European go-to-market. This role offers meaningful impact in scaling NPAW’s footprint across Europe.

Responsabilidades
- Own and exceed ARR targets in the European market
- Formulate and execute territory strategies for key European sub-regions
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of tier-1 and tier-2 operators
- Establish long-term relationships with C-level and technical decision-makers in Telecoms, Pay-TV, and Streaming




- Gather market intelligence to inform Product, Pre-Sales, and Marketing
- Travel across Europe up to 40–50% for meetings, expos, and summits

Requisitos principales
- Proven track record selling complex B2B technology to IPTV, Cable, Satellite, and OTT operators in Europe
- Demonstrated history of meeting/exceeding 1M+ ARR quotas in enterprise software or video delivery platforms
- Deep understanding of European media landscape, buyer behavior, and multi-country contract negotiations
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with autonomous work style
- Fast learner capable of translating video technologies into business value for diverse audiences
- Professional fluency in English; additional European languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian) are a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe
