Workplace Manager
What this job involves:
The Workplace Manager (Operations) is responsible for ensuring that the associated vendors are managed in line with the IFM vendor management process, and in accordance with contracts, measurable Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements. Whilst supporting and directing the client facing team on site,



they will act as a key support to the Workplace Lead.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Working closely and taking direction from the Workplace Lead take ownership and be responsible for delivering operational facilities related client KPIs as identified in the MSA (Master Service Agreement) and/or any other client agreed initiatives.
- To assist in the delivery of 'Leesman' (customer experience) operational initiatives across the site in close liaison with our service partners.
- To regularly liaise with occupiers and be the key support for advice and guidance in connection with the day-to-day physical operation of the building.
- Full compliance to Environmental Health and Safety regulations is continuously achieved.
- Services are managed and delivered consistently across the portfolio of sites.
- Establish relationships with client Site Leads, Area and Regional FM managers, business partners
