Job Description As a BP&A; Business Partner for APM, you will be responsible for building & reviewing quarterly financial forecasts (bottom-up) and annual budget, as well as Month End Close analysis for the BU in the Europe Region
Your Responsibility:
- Implement FP&A; best practices and support the Simplify & Standardize strategy across the APM Business Unit.
- Own the P&L;, financial reporting, and performance monitoring for the APM Business Unit and designated Hubs.
- Manage the FP&A; calendar and ensure timely delivery of planning and reporting activities.
- Analyze financial performance, including variances between forecasts, budgets,



and actual results.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data provided to stakeholders.
- Partner with BP&A;, SGA, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to support business performance and decision‑making.
- Support the Controller in financial planning, validation, month-end close (MEC), and performance reviews.
- Prepare Outlooks, Risks & Opportunities (R&O;), budgets, forecasts, and project financial analyses.
- Act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, identifying value creation opportunities and driving financial insights.
- Support team development through onboarding, training, recruitment participation, workload prioritization, and sharing FP&A; best practices.

About You:
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Finance or related field (Accounting / Controlling)
- 5 - 10 years of experience in working in BP&A;, Shared Service Center / Center Of Excellence, External
