As an Inside Sales Client Partner, you'll be at the center of the sales process between Infor Consulting Services and our valued customers, connecting with them through phone and web.

Path to Success
- Gain a high-level understanding of Infor's portfolio and Services offerings.
- Master the internal tools needed to handle daily job tasks effectively.
- Build strong relationships with Field Sales, Inside Sales, Operations, and Legal teams.
- Take ownership of your pipeline - engage with customers and prospects and manage forecasts.
- Develop, present, and implement strategies for acquiring new business
- Conduct outbound outreach by cold calling and emailing prospective customers
- Expand your knowledge of products and industry trends.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Focus on outbound activities to generate new business opportunities
- Bring creativity and vision to the sales process with a strategic approach.
- Leverage a range of communication channels (phone, email, social media, webinars) and sales productivity tools to effectively engage customers and prospects, nurturing leads and guiding them through the sales process to close.
- Continuously enhance your sales and product knowledge through training while deepening your expertis
