Finance Manager
Job Purpose
Keep the company’s accounts accurate and up to date, ensuring a true and fair view of the financial situation at all times. The role provides support to the finance team, particularly during month‑end closing and audit processes.
Tasks And Responsibilities
Financial & Accounting Management
- Collect and analyze financial information for internal use.
- Assume responsibility for accounting procedures.
- Post and register supplier invoices (services).
- Supervise the posting of raw materials invoices.
- Register and post DUA (customs) invoices.
- Reconcile intercompany balances and post related accruals.
- Control and account for credit card transactions.
- Create and analyze month‑end reports on supplier invoices.
Banking, Cash Flow & Treasury
- Maintain and update customer and supplier databases.
- Manage employee expenses and perform related postings.
Reporting, Budgeting & Month‑End Closing
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Support the monthly closing process.
- Support Senior Accountant and Finance Director in resolving issues during closings and audits.
