We’re hiring a Senior Manager, HR Operations to lead our HR Operations function across Europe, Asia and LATAM. In this role, you’ll translate integral HR strategy into scalable programs,



policies and service delivery standards while serving as a trusted advisor on complex governance and risk management across multiple international regions.

As a Senior Manager, HR Operations, you’ll:
- Drive strategy and advisory. You’ll shape the roadmap for international HR operations, aligning global policy with local needs while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the business.
- Lead governance and compliance. You’ll manage end-to-end compliance across employment contracts, the employee lifecycle, global mobility, benefits, payroll and health and safety protocols across multiple countries.
- Optimize processes. You’ll leverage automation and AI to scale operational efficiency, manage vendor relationships and execute key initiatives like policy overhauls or M&A; integrations.
- Develop team talent. You’ll directly manage our HR Operations Manager and coach the broader regional team, setting service-level standards and using me
