Overview

In this role, you will safeguard SAP MM/SD master data quality, ensuring materials, BOMs and customer records are accurate and up to date. You will work closely with R&D;, Customer Service, and Supply Planning to update data and support process documentation. You’ll train and support end users while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable smooth SAP integration and successful project implementations. This role offers a chance to shape data governance in a creative, entrepreneurial environment at Puig.

Responsabilidades

- Maintain SAP MM & SD master data (materials, BOMs, customers)
- Verify data accuracy and timeliness for materials, BOMs, and customers




- Update master data per internal requests from various departments (R&D;, CS, Supply Planning, Manufacturing)
- Document existing SAP Master Data processes and procedures
- Identify data gaps and define rules for user data entry
- Provide end-user support and training for SAP Master Data MM & SD processes
- Collaborate with functional consultants and project teams for SAP integration (FI, CO, BW)
- Participate in system testing and implementation activities with process documentation
