The Hapimag Paguera Resort is located directly on the beach. The resort features 239 apartments, a restaurant, a beach restaurant, a cocktail bar, a supermarket, tennis courts, as well as outdoor and indoor swimming pools.

Our resort is seeking an open-minded and service-oriented individual to join our Facility Management department as a Housekeeping Supervisor .

What you can expect

- Supervising and monitoring departmental tasks
- Supporting department heads with their assigned duties
- Assisting with the organization and cleaning of outdoor, common and storage areas
- Inspecting apartment cleaning and conducting required quality controls
- Cleaning apartments
- Taking responsibility for the organization and distribution of linen/laundry
- Ensuring the responsible handling of cleaning detergents and chemicals
- Adhering to and implementing workplace hygiene regulations
- Taking responsibility for quality management and ensuring compliance with departmental standards

What you bring along

- Experien ce as a Housekeeping Supervisor
- Work experience as a Room Attendant / Housekeeping Attendant
- An independent, customer-oriented, and thorough way of working
- Team player qualities
- Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
