Overview

In this role, you enable project delivery by capturing and analyzing user and business needs to align outcomes with the service vision and business strategy. You will perform current and future state analyses, design process improvements, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure feasibility, drive transformation, and support implementation to adoption. This role offers impact across cross-functional teams in a growth-focused, innovation-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

- Conduct As-Is and To-Be process analyses to identify improvements and transformation needs
- Document current processes with details, pain points, and bottlenecks
- Design future-state processes aligned with business goals and technology enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate designs and ensure alignment with strategy
- Perform gap analysis across technology, people, processes, and regulatory factors
- Develop implementation roadmaps and actionable plans for transformation
- Create process documentation (BPMN, SIPOC, flowcharts) and supporting materials
- Prepare and deliver analytical reports for senior management and cross-functional teams




- Facilitate knowledge transfer and translate analysis into technical/operational requirements
- Provide ongoing support during implementation and monitor adoption
- Requirements analysis and design of functional solutions in projects
- Provide effort estimations and coordinate with Omega team and clients
- Analyze and improve application performance
- Collaborate with external technology providers as needed
- Ensure compliance with Omega’s software quality standards
- Validate solution against functional requirements
- Experience with Salesforce clouds and Agile methodology

Requisitos principales

- Minimum of 4 years Salesforce consulting experience
- Proven experience conducting As-Is/To-Be analysis
- Ability to assess current operations and design optimized future-state models
- Skilled in documenting workflows and creating process maps (BPMN)
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience facilitating knowledge transfer and supporting delivery teams
- Experience with Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Community)
- Experience with Agile methodology
- English fluency (oral and written)
