The F4F SAP Change Manager supports the implementation of change strategy and delivery of change activities to successfully guide the organization through the F4F transformation. The Change Manager works collaboratively and cross-functional to minimize resistance and maximize engagement across all levels of the organization. This role operates under the guidance of the Change Management Lead, focusing on execution and delivery.
Implements change management plans and activities
SAP S/4HANA)
Coordinates and supports training activities to ensure employees are equipped for transition




Collaborates closely with teams to integrate change management into project delivery
Gathers feedback and contributes to the ongoing refinement of change management processes
Escalate issues and risks to the Change Management Lead as appropriate
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross‑functionally across workstreams.
Project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tracks.
Experience with change management within digital transformation projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, HR, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Certifications in training or change management are a plus.
