Job Scope
The Sales Executive will support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day execution and coordination of sales activities, with a strong focus on sales reporting, forecasting, sales administration, back-office support, and business development activities.
The role requires a highly organized, analytical and reliable professional who is able to manage detailed information accurately, follow established processes and instructions, and deliver assigned activities within defined deadlines. The Sales Executive will report directly to the Sales Manager MAD.
Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain and regularly update the main Sales Reporting file according to the guidelines and instructions provided by Sales Management.
- Ensure that all sales data is accurate, complete, and updated on a regular basis.
- Prepare and maintain the Sales Forecast on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and update the Monthly Sales Business Review file.
- Maintain and update the Sales Pipeline, ensuring that opportunities, stages, expected revenues and next steps are correctly recorded.
- Maintain and update the Business Opportunities file and related tracking documents.
- Prepare any additional sales reports, analysis or documentation required by Sales Management from time to time.
- Ensure that reporting deadlines are consistently met and that information is prepared to the required standards for internal management and HQ reporting.
2. Sales Back-Office Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager, including:
