Are you passionate about transforming marketing delivery at scale? We are looking for a strategic and operational leader to establish and lead our global Marketing Hub as a cornerstone of dormakaba's marketing transformation journey.
As Marketing Hub Lead , you will build and lead a new in-house agency capability that delivers high-quality, efficient, and scalable marketing services across global markets. This is a unique opportunity to shape a integral function from the ground up, bringing together teams, services, and processes under a unified operating model.
You will drive operational excellence, optimize resources, leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions, and support the successful implementation of our operating model. The role requires a strong operational leader who understands how to build and scale delivery organizations, drive productivity, and create sustainable service models that generate measurable business impact.
What You Will Do
- Lead and scale the global Marketing Hub, ensuring the high-quality delivery of campaigns, content,



creative assets, digital operations, channel publishing, and performance reporting against agreed service levels and stakeholder expectations.
- Establish standardized service models, governance, workflows, quality standards, and continuous improvement routines, while actively managing demand, capacity, resource allocation, budgets, productivity, and operational performance.
- Partner with Marketing managers, Centers of Excellences, global and regional marketing teams, markets, and commercial leaders to translate standards and business demand into clear, prioritized, and executable delivery plans.
- Drive the adoption of marketing technology, workflow tools, automation, and AI-enabled production methods, while transitioning suitable services into the Hub, optimizing supplier usage, and building capabilities based on recurring demand and business value.
