Veeda Lifesciences is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Executive EMEA Business Developer based in Europe to lead our global growth agenda. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving revenue, expanding market presence, and building long-term client partnerships within the CRO space, with a strong emphasis on Oncology. This is a full-time job.
As Senior Executive EMEA Business Developer, you will define and execute global growth strategies, identify new market opportunities, and build strong client relationships. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s commercial success by aligning business development initiatives with long-term strategic goals.
Partner with the COO to define and execute long-term business development strategies
Drive pipeline growth and conversion through structured, agile planning
Business Development Execution
Lead data-driven decision-making using market insights, competitor analysis, and performance data
Oversee CRM-driven pipeline management (e.g., Salesforce) for transparency and efficiency
Ensure high-quality,



timely RFP and proposal submissions
Represent the organization at global industry events and conferences
Lead proactive engagement initiatives such as business reviews and growth planning
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ICH GCP), SOPs, and quality systems
Leadership & People Development
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing business development team
Support talent development, recruitment, and capability building
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Finance (MBA preferred)

~ Strong financial acumen with data-driven decision-making capability
