Delivery Enabler (DE)
Are you passionate about agile delivery and want to actively shape the evolving role of the Scrum Master in the AI era? And are you interested in diverse projects within a collaborative working environment? With around 800 tech-enthusiastic people, we advise our clients on their digitalization strategies and develop modern, customized software solutions. In our Delivery Enabler guild, eleven Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Delivery Enablers are currently working across several locations in Germany. Our mission: to establish Delivery Enablement as a strong, future-proof role and to effectively support project teams during the AI transformation. Our projects range from individual development teams to international programs in industries such as automotive, energy, and the public sector.
This is where you come in: As a Delivery Enabler, you will take responsibility for a role in transition, lead interdisciplinary teams through AI-driven change, and make a key contribution to developing Delivery Enablement into a strong, future-ready function.
Ensure delivery: You enable your team to optimally integrate AI agents and tools, keeping an eye on the resulting process and communication shifts.

Together with your Delivery Enabler guild, you further develop our role profile, share your knowledge, and drive relevant topics forward. Ideally, you hold a degree in business or IT — however, what matters most to us is your practical project experience.
You bring at least 3–5 years of relevant project experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a comparable role within software development. You are proficient in agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and, ideally, scaling frameworks like SAFe, Nexus, or LeSS. In addition, you are strong in stakeholder management, facilitation & workshop design, as well as agile metrics and forecasting. Furthermore, through your project work, you have gained a clear understanding of the impact and potential pitfalls of AI in software development.
You are willing to travel up to two days per week as needed — for workshops, team events, or direct face-to-face interaction with the team and clients on-site.
You speak fluent German and very good English.
