Responsabilidades

- Lead complex digital transformation and AI initiatives from planning through rollout, aligning with business objectives
- Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and KPIs across workstreams
- Establish governance structures including executive steering, reporting, decision processes, and escalation
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and outcome-focused decisions
- Coordinate delivery teams, vendors, and partners across programs and geographies




- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changes with clear leadership recommendations
- Drive business readiness, user adoption, and value realization with product owners and change teams
- Communicate progress, achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations to executives
- Foster collaboration between business, product, engineering, and AI delivery teams in remote, international settings

Requisitos principales

- 7+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Transformation Lead
- Proven experience delivering complex digital transformation programs with multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience delivering AI transformation initiatives and/or enterprise technology programs
- Strong experience managing budgets, governance, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting
- Experience operating in international and cross-functional environments
- Professional proficiency in English
