Corporate Financing & Debt Raising
- Lead corporate financing, debt raising, refinancing, and project financing initiatives across the general operations.
- Develop financing strategies and structures, including debt facilities, acquisition financing, and structured finance solutions.
- Manage relationships with banks, development finance institutions, lenders, investors, and financial advisors.
- Prepare financing proposals, lender presentations, financial information memoranda,



and debt-raising materials.
- Analyze and support negotiations on financing terms, pricing, covenants, leverage, maturities, and repayment structures.
- Monitor debt obligations, liquidity, financing requirements, and covenant compliance.

Financial Modeling, Pricing & Project Economics
- Lead the development and review of integrated financial models for corporate planning, projects, concessions, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop project economics and pricing models for commercial opportunities.
- Evaluate project profitability, cash flows, financing needs, returns, and risk allocation.
- Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing.
- Review and challenge financial assumptions, business plans, forecasts, and investment cases.
- Support commercial teams in developing competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
