This role combines strategy, project leadership, and executive support, offering a unique opportunity to influence key decisions across our integral Supply Chain organization.What You Will DoStrategy & Transformation: Support the development and deployment of Essity's Supply Chain strategy and lead key transformation initiatives.Strategic Projects: Manage and drive high-priority projects and programs that strengthen supply chain performance, resilience, sustainability, service, and cost competitiveness.Business Insights & Performance:



Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop KPIs, and provide recommendations that support decision-making at senior leadership level.Governance & Execution: Track strategic initiatives, monitor progress against action plans, and ensure visibility of risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Leadership Support: Coordinate leadership planning processes, business reviews, performance follow-ups, and regular operating rhythms.Stakeholder Management & Communication: Prepare strategic communication materials, facilitate leadership meetings, and collaborate across Business Units and functions to drive alignment and execution.Continuous Improvement: Contribute actively to enhancing ways of working, processes, and organizational effectiveness within the Supply Chain function.Who You AreUniversity degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.8-10 years
