This role partners closely with senior business leaders to anticipate talent needs, leverage cutting-edge AI tools to build robust pipelines for current and future growth roles, and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across the EMEA region with excellence, innovation, and accountability.Your Role Business & Strategic PartnershipDevelop a deep understanding of the EMEA business, operating context, and market dynamics to proactively align AI-powered talent strategies with business priorities. Partner closely with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor, providing predictive analytics and data-backed insights to influence talent decisions across functions.
