HR Operations Specialist

to support our growing team by managing

benefits, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR systems

across the

EMEA region

, with a strong focus on

Iberia (Spain & Portugal) .
This role will be key in ensuring smooth HR operations, full compliance with local labor laws, and an outstanding employee experience.

Responsibilities

HR Operations & Process Improvement
Implement processes

to

structure and strengthen

HR operations, ensuring efficiency and clarity.
Support the HRBP EMEA to

analyze and improve

HR processes, identifying opportunities for optimization.
Ensure HR workflows are well-documented, transparent, and easy to follow for employees and managers.
Manage HR invoices

, ensuring timely processing and payment of all invoices related to the HR department.
Recruitment & Employee LifeCycle
Support and coordinate the Talent Acquisition
Lead the

onboarding process

to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all new hires, ensuring seamless transitions at every stage of the employee lifecycle.




Provide clear explanation on

HR policies, benefits, and processes

to employees.
Implement

structured HR processes

that employees can easily understand and follow.

HR Compliance & Documentation
Support the HRBP EMEA to ensure the

full compliance

with local labor laws, workplace safety, and

critical topics such as Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) .
Manage and regularly update

employment contracts, amendments, and implement HR policies

, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Prepare and communicate

all required HR documents

to minimize company risk.

Benefits & HR Systems
Be the main HR point of contact for Iberia (Spain & Portugal) , ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
Communicate and coordinate

the benefits program

to enhance employee satisfaction and competitiveness.
Own the SuccessFactors HR system

, ensuring smooth implementation, usage, and continuous improvements.
