Our EY-Parthenon Off-cycle Program offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to one of the areas of Strategy & Transactions while working as an intern on real projects with high-performing teams in our Madrid office.

From your very first day, you will:
- Work alongside consultants, managers and partners on strategic and transactional projects.
- Contribute to analyses that influence key business decisions.
- Develop problem-solving, analytical and communication skills at an accelerated pace.
- Learn in an environment that combines intellectual rigor, collaboration and continuous feedback.
- Build a network of mentors and colleagues who will support your professional development.
- Have the ability to be hired if performed satisfactorily during the internship and be offered an indefinite contract and the possibility to participate in our EY-Parthenon Rotation Program.
