You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions that advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will: Maintain site processes in accordance with quality standards, internal requirements, and third-party approvals. Manage the maintenance, qualification,



and calibration of Quality Department laboratory equipment in collaboration with internal and external partners. Coordinate, analyze, and report complaint investigations to help prevent recurring issues involving raw materials, finished goods, and internal non-conformities. Lead and support quality assurance initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions, to strengthen compliance and continuous improvement. Investigate, develop, and implement new analytical methods, test plans, and work instructions based on business needs. Provide technical leadership on polymer-related quality challenges, testing methodologies, and manufacturing processes in partnership with Operations, Research and Development, and technical teams.
