As Site Supply Chain Head, you will shape and execute the site supply chain strategy, empower a talented team, and bring planning, procurement, inventory, and production together. About the Role

Major Accountabilities :
- Define and execute the site supply chain strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team, building capabilities and supporting talent growth.
- Integrate production, material, and logistics plans to ensure accurate execution across systems.




- Lead materials planning and procurement to maintain uninterrupted supply and optimal inventory levels.
- Strengthen supply continuity by identifying, assessing, and mitigating site-level supply risks.
- Optimize backup doses to balance customer service, product availability, and waste reduction.
- Monitor budgets and supply chain performance, delivering improvements in cost, quality, and service.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve planning, procurement, and operational performance.

Obligatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, nuclear medicine technology, or a related field.
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or a comparable role.
- Proven expertise in inventory management, procurement, production planning, and supply continuity.
- Experience using enterprise resource planning systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
