repeat engagement, customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
You'll design and manage multichannel CRM campaigns, automated customer journeys, promotional calendars and segmentation strategies, while working closely with wider teams across marketing, commercial and operations. You'll also take ownership of CRM reporting, campaign optimisation, budgeting and ensuring activity remains compliant with Spanish gaming regulations and Responsible Gaming policies.
