The Performance Marketing team is looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager to lead the marketing function for one of Agoda's most strategic partnerships, owning the P&L;, leading a team, and driving partnership strategy.
This partnership generates millions in annual revenue across multiple whitelabel brands serving millions of travelers globally.
This position sits at the intersection of strategic thinking and operational excellence — someone who can lead a team, shape marketing strategy, influence partnership direction, and drive measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making and complex stakeholder management.
As a key player in the marketing and partnership ecosystem, you will work closely with partner marketing leadership, regional business development teams,



and Agoda's commercial and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business priorities and contribute directly to revenue goals. You'll be responsible for end-to-end marketing leadership for the partnership.
Direct control over budget allocation and investment levels across channels
Your optimization decisions drive both immediate ROI and long-term partnership health
Manage multiple brands with different customer profiles
Navigate the intersection of B2B partnership management and B2C performance marketing
Balance partner relationships with data-driven optimization
Influence partner marketing strategy while ensuring Agoda profitability targets
You’ll oversee the full marketing funnel:
Metasearch (Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, Trivago, Kayak) — optimize bidding strategies, feed management, price competitiveness
Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing) — keyword strategy, campaign structure, budget optimization
