Role Mission
Reporting directly to Pola Gil, as Project Manager in Influencer Marketing you will take the lead on internal processes for complex digital and influencer campaigns, working closely with the Campaign Lead from concept through execution. You will help drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality deliverables, and support effective project coordination,



while proactively resolving issues and keeping stakeholders aligned in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed project plans aligned with client objectives, taking internal accountability for scope, timelines, deliverables and planning.
Lead and orchestrate multiple integrated influencer marketing campaigns and digital projects simultaneously from kickoff through final delivery.
Work with high autonomy in your daily operations, proactively identifying risks and independently solving short-notice problems or unexpected campaign shifts.
Coordinate cross-functional teams—including creative, growth, and research—ensuring seamless collaboration, high-quality output, and team alignment.
Maintain clear, structured, and proactive communication across internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
Monitor project health, timelines, and budgets continuously to ensure on-time project delivery.
