We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our international team and become a key part of the relationship with our clients in the US market .
Working within a premium design environment, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience — from the moment an order is placed through production, logistics and final delivery.
This is a role for someone who combines commercial sensitivity,
operational excellence and a genuine client-oriented mindset .
The Role
- Manage day-to-day relationships with B2B clients in the US , providing a high level of service and attention to detail.
- Coordinate the complete order process, from order entry to delivery.
- Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Production and Finance to ensure smooth and efficient order management.
- Coordinate international logistics between Europe–USA and Asia–USA , including documentation and shipment follow-up.
- Anticipate potential issues and provide proactive, solution-oriented responses to clients.
- Manage claims, incidents and delivery issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate customer, product and order information within ERP and CRM systems .
- Contribute to continuously improving processes and the overall customer experience.
