As Sales Executive, you will own the entire sales
process from initial outreach to closing the deal. Your mission is
to identify high‑potential small and medium‑sized businesses,
understand their advertising needs, present tailored digital
solutions, and drive revenue growth. Through structured outbound
campaigns and consultative selling, you will build strong
relationships with decision‑makers, guide them through the sales
journey, and secure long‑term partnerships. Responsibilities
Achieve quarterly revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle:
prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
Identify and prioritize SMB accounts with strong potential for
digital advertising investment. Execute daily outbound activities
(calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to engage marketing
decision‑makers and business owners. Conduct discovery calls to
assess business goals, marketing challenges, and budget readiness.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos , clearly
articulating the value of our advertising solutions. Build and




manage a healthy pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking
of leads, opportunities, and deal stages. Requirements C2 level of
German and C1 level of English (written and spoken). BA/BS degree
or equivalent practical experience Proven ability to engage and
qualify prospects through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
Consistent success working toward quotas in a professional,
phone‑based sales environment. Demonstrated experience in managing
a large account portfolio and booking qualified meetings.
Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Pinterest Ads,
Meta, Google Ads or similar) is a strong plus. Strong interpersonal
skills, professionalism, and the ability to identify key
decision‑makers. Resilient, goal-driven, self-motivated, and
