We are now looking for a Cutter / Video Editor – Short-Form Social Performance in Sabadell to strengthen our growing team!

YOUR TASKS

- Create and edit high-performing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Create strong hooks that capture viewers’ attention within the first seconds and maximize audience retention
- Optimize videos based on measurable performance indicators such as Hold Rate, Watch Time, Retention and Engagement
- Understand our target audiences and adapt the editing style, language and tone of voice accordingly
- Independently research and select suitable footage, B-roll, sounds, music and other creative assets
- Use captions, sound effects, transitions, pattern interrupts and other editing techniques to improve content performance
- Produce and test multiple creative variations quickly, including 5–10 different versions or iterations when required
- Analyze the performance of existing content and continuously improve future videos based on results
- Work closely with our Global Executive Vice President on content creation, filming and the development of new creative concepts





Cutter / Video Editor (Short-Form Social Performance) What we’re looking for / key requirements:

- Specialized in short-form social clips (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)
- Focus on capturing attention quickly and maximizing viewer retention → measurable through metrics such as hold rate
- Strong understanding of the target audience and the right tone of voice → very important
- Able to independently source suitable footage and relevant sounds
- Able to quickly deliver multiple variations (5–10 versions / iterations)
- Portfolio must demonstrate measurable performance with short-form social content — not polished brand films or corporate/image videos

YOUR PROFILE
- Native-level German is essential
- Proven experience as a Video Editor / Cutter, with a strong focus on short-form social media content
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and current social media trends
- Excellent understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing, viewer retention and audience behavior
- Ability to understand different target audiences and adapt content and tone accordingly
- Ability to work independently and proactively




- Fast and efficient working style with the ability to create multiple versions and iterations of content
- Experience with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar
- Willingness to be fully on-site in Sabadell and travel internationally when required
