DevOps Engineering Manager €86,000 - €90,000 + 10% Bonus

This role can be managed remotely within the EU with occasional travel to the clients IT hubs across Europe, or on a hybrid basis from Wroclaw, Brno or Barcelona. We're hiring on behalf of a leading global Manufacturing company seeking an experienced DevOps Team Manager to lead and scale their cloud automation and deployment strategy. You'll head up a general team of 15 DevOps engineers , driving automation, reliability, and performance across all environments.

This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll define best practices, implement CI/CD improvements, and champion DevSecOps across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a distributed DevOps team across multiple regions.
- Define and execute DevOps/DevSecOps strategy aligned with business goals.




- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure using Azure DevOps, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Drive operational excellence, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
- Establish a Community of Practice to share and promote DevOps best practices.

What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in DevOps or development roles, including 2+ years in team leadership.
- Strong background in CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud automation (Azure preferred).
- Proven experience with Git, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Azure Pipelines.
- Passion for innovation, collaboration, and modern engineering practices.

Nice to Have:
- Agile or ITIL background
- DevOps certifications (Microsoft / AWS)
