At Cheil, we are looking for a Project Manager to join a new business unit focused on producing creative assets for the entire European market. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional with strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.

The ideal candidate must have a high level or native level of English, and a high or native level of Spanish, as the role requires daily communication with international teams and clients across different European markets.

✔️ Your role at Cheil:

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join a new business unit focused on producing creative assets for the entire European market. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we’d love to meet you.

✔️ The responsibilities of the role:

- Manage the workflow and delivery of a high volume of assets for multiple markets across Europe.
- Maintain close coordination with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Monitor progress, flag risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep production moving smoothly.
- Use tools like Jira to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure transparency across teams.
- Guarantee that client guidelines and delivery specifications are followed precisely.

✔️ Requirements:





- Proven experience in project management, preferably in creative or digital environments.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Jira.
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is mandatory, as you’ll work directly with stakeholders from across Europe.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of assets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and keep track of multiple priorities.

✔️ Languages:

- English native or C1-C2.
- Spanish native or C2.
