Role Description The Director role at Prosegur in San Roque is a full-time, on-site position responsible for leading operations, strategy, and people management within the assigned business area. The Director oversees day-to-day activities, ensures alignment with corporate objectives, and drives performance, safety, and service quality. This role includes managing budgets, monitoring key performance indicators, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

The Director collaborates with cross-functional teams, represents the company to clients and partners, and supports the implementation of innovative security solutions. The position also involves developing talent, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement,



and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and operational management, preferably in security, technology, or related sectors.
- Solid financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with capacity to represent the organization to clients and partners.
- Experience driving process improvement, change management, and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to security and service operations.
- Ability to work on-site in San Roque, with flexibility to manage local and regional responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Professional experience in international or multicultural environments is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in relevant digital tools and systems; familiarity with security technologies is a plus.
