Overview

Senior HR Operations leader responsible for shaping and delivering scalable, compliant international HR programs across Europe, Asia and LATAM. You’ll translate global policy into regional practice, advise senior leaders, and drive efficiency through automation.

Your leadership grows the regional team, elevates governance, and partners with Legal, Finance and IT to scale operations. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to influence global mobility, payroll, benefits and safety while shaping a high-impact HR function.

Responsabilidades

- Define the international HR operations roadmap and align integral policy with local needs
- Oversee end-to-end compliance across contracts, employee lifecycle, mobility, benefits, payroll, and safety across multiple countries
- Leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency, manage vendors,



and drive strategic initiatives (policy overhauls, M&A; integrations)
- Directly manage the HR Operations Manager and mentor the regional team; establish SLAs and measure impact with metrics

Requisitos principales

- 10+ years in HR operations
- ≥5 years leading teams in a global environment
- Deep knowledge of employment law, payroll, benefits and compliance across multiple countries (UK, Spain, Italy, Netherlands)
- Proven experience using AI to optimize operations
- Strong process-building capability across complex regulatory landscapes
- Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance and IT, with vendor negotiation experience
